In june i organised a 45 car pistonheads run. Despite warning everyone else to be careful of the roads and the directions, I got my convoy lost and then drove into a ditch cracking the front spoiler and suspension. Decided to do an almost complete respary on the big beastie and finally, finally got her back today! The garage were getting so fed up that i thought they would as promised use B & Q gloss trade emulsion! They are not easy cars to paint or get the details right on! Decided to keep the side 'seal' lines anyway here are a few pics of the beastie back home and of course it just started to rain, heavily! Hope to be out and about in her a bit before the salt starts going down on the roads up here Paul

... that looks rubbish Paul - it's the same ruddy colour again and you've even kept that bloody wing as well - what were you thinking of? Why couldn't you do what you said you'd be doing and get one of those nice Micras that you always seemed to adore so much? but seriously, good job Mr. S - just in time for the winter months when you'll be hooning around the glens & mountains again with just the yells of "yahoo!" and "charge!" to be heard over that V12 fury...

Nice car - but I'm more interested in how you put it in a ditch! I expect after the initial gut wrenching, you laughed about it over a beer or two!

Hi i had organised a run on here on June. To cut a long story short I got lost and wend downa single track road, due to in attention on my part I pannicked at what I thought was a colossal cattle grid and skidded in a gravel parking area off road into a small ditch hitting a rock. My fault. All very low speed about 30-35mph!
Decided to do an almost complete respray on the car which took so long as the body damage was only to the frnt n/s spoiler!
Countachman Car looks lovley! What were you having done? I do like the red. The first one i looked at buying was that colour combination! Have we met at any lambo club events? Paul

... here's the thing chaps ... Almost certainly nobody ever forgets meeting David Watkinson. Almost certainly nobody ever forgets meeting Paul Santoni. So, 2010 might be the year these two phenomena finally collide - let's hope there's no actual collisions though!
