After years I've tried them all in the north west. You have few options. TVR power are good for engines (Coventry) , but general issues nearer home I'd try Track v Road - http://www.trackvroad.co.uk/findus.html or JGR at the old TVR factory - Ring Andy at Surface and Design 01253 595 800 he has their number (in same building) There are others closer to home like SFR in Stockport and RVT in Middlewich, but none not of these are my cup of tea and there are strong opinions for and against these indies. PM me your number and i'll call you and give any help i can.

There are other options - X-Works at Kirkham. Surprise, surprise - two of the ex-works guys who have set up. Been going to them since they started off. Send mail if you want to know more.

If its under the bellhousing it could be the slave cylinder seals letting go - I would recommend Greenstar TVR in Blackpool - they will even pick it up at cost if need be...

I've used TorqueRVT for the last two TVRs I've owned over the last 3/4 years.
Ian is a fantastic mechanic, I've tried two other garages but for me he's the man.

Yes, try Ian @ RVT. He there til late most nights, so pay him a visit and I'm sure he'll be only too pleased to pop the car on the ramps and take a look. And as an added bonus, he makes an awesome cup of coffee

Will pass your messages on and I'll make sure the coffee machine is working and hide the donations box so it'll be free next time you're there!!!

Oh I forgot - he has a teeny tweeny tiny spanner that would make a fab pendant on my other necklace - see if you can grab it for me, he keeps shutting the draws on my fingers to stop me grabbing it Claire
