I use two Meggies mitts, reserving an older one for the sill areas. Wash from top to bottom, using the 2 bucket system, and this does help reduce scratches and swirls.

Sponges have been relegated to wheels etc now !

You'll be amazed at the difference over the traditional sponge, it makes washing so much quicker.

The reverse side of the mit is very effective for removing bugs while not scratching the paintwork.

Okay, so £10 sounds a lot to spend on what is basically a substitute for the humble sponge.

BUT

By fitting nicely over the hand, it allows you to get into all the difficult to reach places much easier that with a sponge....
