427 RECREATION BY AK SPORTSCARS, 2005

This late 2005 built. Low mileage Cobra recreation by AK, is finished in the extremely desirable Shelby blue with white Le Mans racing stripes.

Powered by a Chevrolet 5.7 litre V8, hand built using some serious performance hardware including - Eldelbrock aluminium big valve heads, roller rockers, Competition Cams Magnum high lift cam, dual plain inlet manifold, Mallory ignition system and four barrel carb. A stunning, no expense spared installation producing some serious horsepower!

Externally this 427 has an amazing stance thanks to the numerious upgrades including; 17 inch Halibrand replica wheels with spinners, four into one polished stainless steel side pipes, full chrome pack, carpeted boot, tonneau cover, Le Mans type fuel filler, triple wipers, oil cooler and stainless braided hoses, splitter and twin roll hoops.

The cockpit is finished in luxury cream leather with blue piping, black faced instrumentation with reverse action speedometer as fitted to the original 427s, Willans three point racing harnesses and CD player. Under the hood the tuned Chevy V8 is dressed with polished Eldelbrock rocker covers, chrome alternator, SAMCO Sport silicon hoses, Earls anodised hose finishers and stainless over braided fuel feeds. Polished engine bay panelling and header tank. The list goes on and on.

With only 2,000 miles on the clock and finished in sought after Shelby blue livery, this 427 recreation is offered at a fraction of the build cost. Sounds and drives as you would expect!
