The 'Mini Nurburgring' in Lincolnshire

Very challenging track with some scary bits! Set in a valley the track includes some steep climbs and drops which take a great deal of time to master.

Not part of the mainstream track day scene as it's a little remote for some people, popular with bikers though. Well worth a trip though.

Noise limits aren't too severe.

An excellent circuit, hard on brakes, great fun. Well organised. What a belter of a track.....you just have to do it!!! Probablt the hardest and most demanding in the UK.....in a fantastic setting.

I was lucky enough to spend a day at Cadwell with Bookatrack and their Caterham Superlight. Conditions weren't great - quite damp - but the circuit is fantastic.

A great track to drive in the wet, Cadwell challenges at every corner. There are fast and slow and one or wtwo where you don't want to be challenging the limit of adhesion at all since there's next to no run-off. Huge fun though. Do it.

Pro:
- Elevation
- Every corner challenging
- Coppice corner can't really be that quick!
- Getting air over the Mountain

If you drive FWD make sure you have a rev limiter - otherwise first mad lap over the mountain and you're 16v race engine will become a 3 valve box of broken metal....

A superb and underutilised track. A great mixture of fast and slow, up and down, twisty and straight meaning you can enjoy it in a slow or fast car.

A definite racers favourite. Until you've dived down the Gooseneck praying that you'll stay on the black stuff, you haven't lived! Faster cars can launch themselves over 'the Mountain', beware the run through Hall bends as it's usually a bit greasy and us...

Cadwell forces you to concentrate and think carefully about how you will take certain corners.

More suitable for Caterhams and Elises than TVRs, and in my lardy Chimaera I struggled to keep up with even the lower-powered Caterhams
