Mercedes E63 AMG 5.5l V8 BiTurbo. P30 - Performance Pack Plus. "Limited" to 186mph! Rare Car.

Here at Quick and Big Ltd, we are proud to be able to offer for sale, high spec Mercedes E63 AMG (W212), our rare car, is even made even more desirable as it’s equipped with the mega rare Performance Pack Plus upgrade. To our knowledge its the only P30 Performance Pack Plus W212 saloon currently on the market.

Our stunning AMG importantly comes with poof of a comprehensive Mercedes Main Dealer and Mercedes specialist service history showing 9 services. Its just had a £15k worth of engine work at respected Merc Specialist “AA Merc Tech” including timing chain and cam shaft replacement.

Its appeared in a Performance Pack feature in Mercedes Enthusiast Magazine, a copy of the magazine accompanies the car. Crucially it also beautifully original, and not been “messed” with.

Our Performance Pack example, enjoys the highest spec we have seen, coming loaded with over £17k worth of extras, including: Performance Pack, AMG locking rear differential, Driver Assist pack (Distronic Plus adaptive cruise with auto safe brake, active blind spot assist, active lane keeping assist), Panoramic Sunroof, Harman Kardon Logic 7 surround sound, split folding rear seats, reversing camera and tyre pressure monitoring.

Over the years the range topping E Class AMG’s V8’s have evolved: it all started in 1998 with the naturally aspirated 5.4l 354bhp / 530NM, followed in 2002 with the legendary supercharged 5.4 litre V8 developing 469bhp / 700 Nm. In 2006 the supercharged V8 was replaced by the all new M156, 6.2 litre, normally aspirated V8, developing 509bhp / 630Nm of torque (magnificent engine, we have one in a C63 Performance Pack estate. In 2010 the Bi Turbo 5.4l V8 (M157) arrived and in our Performance Pack car generates 557bhp and huge 800Nm of torque.

In the “basic” E63 AMG even without the performance pack, the 0-60mph dash can be dispatched in 4.2 seconds, on to a limited 155mph. The Performance Pack upgrades shave the 0-60 mph down to 4.0 seconds and raise the speed limiter to 186mph (along with a invite for its 1st owner to a driver training session at a AMG Power and Passion event). Quick by any standards, but for a big 5 seat executive saloon, it’s still a rocket ship. We have been lucky enough to sell many of the M156 naturally aspirated 6.2l V8’s, the twin turbo set up here adds massive turbo charged low down / mid range wallop. For a big 5 seat saloon its ridiculously quick!

At “Quick and Big” we specialise in finding rare and desirable modern classics, the type we all wanted in our youth. Our low mileage E63 AMG with Performance Pack Plus fits the bill perfectly. When new including its many extra’s it would have been over £90k.

LG62ZFN has covered only 72,867 miles, its mileage is backed up by its comprehensive service and MOT history. It has had 5 previous keepers and was registered on 05/11/2012. Our high performance saloon is even ULEZ exempt, and comes with a extendable 6 month Autoguard Premium with Assist Warranty.

Our rare E Class is presented in Obsidian Black Metallic, complemented by grey leather with black ash trim.

The E63 AMG was loaded with standard equipment (even by modern day standards), and ours was specified with over £17,000 worth of factory upgrades, these include P30 Performance Pack, limited slip differential, AMG flat bottom steering wheel, carbon boot spoiler, stiffer suspension, carbon engine cover, red brake caliper’s, driver assistance pack, active lane keeping assist / active blind spot assist, panoramic glass roof etc etc. Its standard spec is exhaustive, but here’s some of the highlights: 7 speed automatic gearbox with Normal, Sport, Sport + and Manual modes along with launch control, steering wheel flappy paddles, heated leather front seats, electronic steering wheel adjustment, auto dip rear view and door mirrors, Distronic Plus cruise control, power fold door mirrors, twin zone climate control front and rear, front and rear Parktroninc, command sat nav, auto active bi-xenon head lamps, head lamp cleaning, Harman Kardon logic 7 surround sound, command aps system, DVD / TV, and aux input, rear camera, rear roller blind, tyre pressure monitoring, head lamp washers / high bean assist, multiple air bags and electronic stability program (you can turn it off, not sure I’m that brave). This list goes on and on.

Its MOT history is excellent, and backs up its mileage as genuine, its most recent was passed with no advisories and expires on 8/8/2025.

The big E63’s 19 inch AMG alloys have recently been professionally dipped, stripped and re-powder coated. They are wrapped all round in Goodyear Eagle F1’s (285/30/19) rears with 4mm of tread and the front were recently fitted 235/35/19’s.

Our E63 AMG comes with owners manual / wallet, 1st aid kit, unused spare wheel with pump / jack and tools, 2 working keys with remote boot opening and a copy of its feature from Mercedes Enthusiast Magazine.

For the big Merc’s lucky new owner, it will also come with an independent 90+ point pre delivery inspection. It is of course HPI clear, a copy of the PDI and full HPI report will be available to potential purchasers.
