Seat Toledo 20VT Sport 2003 (Leon Cupra Mk1)

Looking to sell my Toledo turbo. It's a Leon Cupra Mk1 as a saloon in techno grey. Bigger boot, but your dog won't like it. I've owned it since 2013, and it had one previous owner before me. It has just passed its MOT and had a service, and has got all the stamps in the book along with receipts in my ownership (nearly exclusively SEAT Specialist and main dealer).

It has an identical spec to a Cupra Mk1 except for the boot - 180 bhp, 6 speed gearbox, same (non-leather) interior. Allegedly this was only produced as a homologation car for BTCC after the V5 stopped being produced, and whilst that could be cobblers, only a couple of hundred of these were made and there are not many of these about.

I'm selling as I've moved to a fully remote job since 2020, and it is hardly getting used, so it's time to move it on to someone who can sort the bodywork out (or not be bothered about it!). Cam belt + waterpump last done in July 2021 @ 78,000 miles.

Good bits: 

* MOT til March 2026, also freshly serviced

* 87600 miles (will go up as in use, but unlikely to hit 88000)

* new front discs and pads (April)

* new (Bosch) battery (January)

* recent rear shocks (March 2024)

* new OEM back box (Jan 2023)

* full service history, specialist with stamps and receipts for my ownership and main dealer stamps for previous owner. Properly serviced, it's had 20+ services for 87k mileage and everything it's needed has been done.

* factory spec, has never been modded/remapped.

* Upgrades are powerfold mirrors and a sony DAB radio with CD/bluetooth fitted. I will include the original mirrors and ancillaries and radio.

* Massive boot

* climate control

* ISOFIX

* ULEZ compliant

Bad bits (why it's £1500):

* lacquer peel on the bonnet and roof

* drivers side wing has some rust bubbles

* has a small dent on the boot and rear drivers side wing.

* needs two new rear tyres soon (both legal, but old). All 4 tyres are Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance, the rears are 7 and 10 years old and now have cracking inner sidewalls according to the MOT. I'd swap them out if i was keeping it. Spare is a 22 year old dunlop on original steely.

* Condition is otherwise good for a 22 year old car, but it certainly isn't concours. 

* Some of the lights on the dash are intermittent, but all the functions work. Sometimes comes up as an advisory on MOT (nearside indicator and "lights on" tell tale sometimes flicker, often don't work, Main beam one works fine)

* Interior is as-is. it's all alright, but I haven't the time to clean it, has previously been cleaned regularly and is a non-smoker/dog car so far. Has had kids in the back a lot though.
