Volkswagen GOLF MK4 GT TDI (130BHP) 2002

Time has come to sell my dependable VW Golf.

This is the GT TDi model with the 130bhp pd engine famed for its reliability, power delivery and economy. Factory 6 speed gearbox, air conditioning, central locking, electric windows, electrically adjustable door mirrors and alarm system.

The car has averaged just over 9000 miles per year since first registration in January 2002, current mileage 165783. Just 4 previous owners prior to me buying the car in March 2016 having picked out one of the better ones for sale at the time.

Exterior paintwork is finished in Blue Anthracite Pearlescent (code LC7V) and, with the exception of a few minor stone chips, it still retains a deep lustrous shine benefitting from regular detailing using quality products. Considering age and mileage it is in very good overall condition.

The interior is Anthracite cloth and essentially perfect. The sculpted front sport seats do not bely the age or mileage having had fitted seat covers. Carpets are free from rips or tears. The original VW Gamma radio and multi disc cd changer remain fitted.

Service history is complete with the original stamped service book and additional invoices. All MOT certificates are present from the first one in 2005 confirming the mileage. Current MOT expires March 2021.

Genuine VW service parts have been used during my ownership with the correct Platinum pd 5w40 oil.

* Rear Discs and Pads at 147521, and new pads again at 165738 miles

* New Track Rod Ends fitted at 159404 miles.

The original book pack is present together with both key fobs.

This is a reliable and honest car that has been looked after, has managed to remain factory standard and endorses VWs build quality of the time.
