I love how they have "Drift car" in the subtitle.

To me, that looks pretty well done. Not sure what the point in it really is though with the 1.4 engine. It's being sold as a cheap option for a young driver to insure too. I think maybe they might need to state the modifications as "none" with that one.

It comes across as a bit "fake rolex" though. Are you supposed to pretend to your mates that its a real V6, or tell everyone it's a fake.

It should come with a couple of McDonalds tea trays so the next owner will be able to drift with it. Maybe he could try in reverse.

I do appreciate the effort though, as at least it's not a 3 series compact with an M3 badge on it.

Sure does look good, must be awfully disappointing to drive though, the looks would trick my subconscious in to thinking it has some go smile

Looks well done to me,the only concern for me would be if a lot of filler was used, which might lead to cracking

Makes you wonder what the point is, the vast majority of people have no idea what a Clio V6 is. Those who do can tell that is a fake from a mile off. So why bother?

The V6 was hardly a rip snorting road burner.

Agreed, that looks great and a decent finish too. Would be a brilliant little daily van / promo tool for a variety of businesses. Or fill it with 15" subwoofers if that's your thing. It's not any worse than spec'd up German stuff with fake exhaust outlets and diesel engines.

As the former owner of a Mk2 V6 i can see that it's clearly been built to a pretty decent standard, etc. However:

eBay Seller said:
Looks like a real £45,000 to £70,000 Clio 255 Phase 2 V6 Sport even from standing right next to the car
Apart from the fact a real Clio V6 was never supplied with a sunroof or had van panels at the rear in place of factory glass.

eBay Seller said:
everyone that sees it think it's a real V6 Sport and they are amazed when I tell them that its a Replica.
Again - see above - these people clearly don't know what a real Clio V6 actually is.

eBay Seller said:
Stainless twin "PowerFlow" Exhaust System that sounds Awesome, makes the car sound like a V6
laugh Hmm, now i think we're really stretching this a bit laugh

To be fair, you could possibly level similar criticism at a genuine Clio V6. hehewink

it's all relative isn't it.. devil's advocate it looks like a v6 that someone has added a sunroof and rear panels to wink

Surely that's got to have cost more to create than it would have cost to buy a real V6, and if you declare the mods it probably costs more to insure as well?

The real Clio V6's are quite expensive these days.. Last i Saw they were £30k+?

I think it looks good. I'd buy it if i was loking for a cheap run around.

Ofcourse with glass windows, see absolutely no benefit to having van panels, it's not even a van it still has back seats??

The kit itself is actually fairly well done applied. I recall back when the V6 was still for sale or not long after these replica kits were being made and they never ever looked right. Wheels never sat properly in the arches and it was just obvious it wasn't the real deal.

At least that kit sits well enough on the car but I still don't see the point. If you're trying to convince someone it's real, then the sunroof and panels for windows is the immediate give away. Obviously anyone who looks inside will see back seats so all in all, I just don't see the point.

You'd be better off with a Clio 172 and a Maxi kit so at least it looks a bit like the rally going version and had some go to match the looks!

this is the only v6 kit i've ever seen that looked nice
you'd have to put in a decent engine though imo
the real van panel makes sense otherwise people can simply look in and see there's no rear engine
