The British Motor Show, to take place next summer, is set to feature the new Civic Type-R, according to a story by Auto Express.
The report reckoned that a Honda spokesman hinted at the move by saying: "There's a desire to do something at the British Motor Show. Because of the plant at Swindon, the UK is considered our patch and we should be making big waves there."
With the new Civic standard model due to debut at the Geneva show in March, the UK in summer 2006 could well see the Type-R's unveiling, runs the argument.
